The purpose of
the Health Committee is to provide the members, Breed information which
includes, but not limited to:
Provide information about
diseases, disorders, and conditions known to affect the Toy Fox
Terrier as a breed.
Gather information about
testing services available for diseases, disorders, and conditions.
Supply information about
certifications available for health purposes.
Keep abreast with the
literature on all health issues that affect all dogs, specifically the
Toy Fox Terrier and providing access to this information via the web
site, newsletter, and seminars at the National when appropriate.
Create surveys on health issues
and report the results of such in their reports.
The chairperson will select as
members needed to meet the needs of this committee and will submit the
findings to the Board for approval prior to disseminating such
information to the membership.
