Newsletter Committee
The
newsletter Editor will select members needed to help put the newsletter
together as needed. They will assume responsibility for those
members.
All articles will be sent to the
Chairperson. The initial decision to print articles will be made by the
chairperson, but they will be run by the President prior to
publication.
This review will hopefully prevent
any liability recourse for law suits.
The President will review and report
to the Board any item that they feel may need. Board approval.
This newsletter needs to include
information relative to all members. Coordinating with other
Chairpersons, lots of information can be disseminated and the membership
can be more informed. Committee reports that have been submitted to the
board and approved will keep the membership informed of all club
activities.
The last approved Treasurer’s report
will also be included.
All minutes from each Board meeting
should also be included.
A Presidents report will also be
information that will keep the members informed.
Basically, the Newsletter should be
an article that members look forward to receiving. |
