Dear Members,

I am so sorry you are having to endure such printed information concerning the Lawsuit against our club and myself. We have not walked away from attempting to negotiate some type of resolution, but we feel since the public has become informed of a one sided opinion,  the public needs to know that the Board and myself are exercising our best efforts to reach a positive resolution of this unfortunate dispute, and we will keep the membership informed of our progress to that end.

ATFTC Board and myself  want to thank all the many supporters and members who have offered support to us, we will continue to defend the welfare of this club.

You, the Majority of the membership put us here, and we will continue to pursue our goals for the betterment of the Toy Fox Terrier and its many, many supporters.
